Item: 151 Description: CD 102 Brookfield (030) Milky Dark Aqua – You Just GOTTA SEE This. Not talking about the milky swirls shown in View 1 and View 2. They are pretty great. Really great, in fact. And I’m not talking about View 3 and View 4 where the insulator is photographed in a display case. Those show the nice color, and the milk is evident there also. No… what you GOTTA SEE is the maelstrom whipping around the dome in View 5. Two straw marks merge before cascading over the edge. There’s a delicate string of fizz that joins the swirl and vanishes over the edge also. And then there’s the bubble in a bubble. Actually, the smaller bubble sits on top of the larger bubble. GOTTA love the character in these jewels. And this one’s got enough character to fill a milk pail. The Price Guide values these milky aqua ponies at $200 - $250. So the value is in the milk. The “GOTTA SEE” stuff in View 5, that’s just the cream on top. Grade B-Plus: Half dozen flaked or bruised drip points. Minor wear in the wire groove. Light lehr kiss mark on the dome.
