Item: 94 Description: CD 342 Fred M Locke (010) Blue Aqua. Who wants to try their hand at restoring an extremely valuable insulator? This Locke 25 (top only) was found high in the Colorado Rockies. It’s in 6 (six) major pieces: four pieces for the umbrella and two for the crown (View 2). There’s also one smaller piece and two slivers. Virtually all of the insulator appears to be present, but I’d guess some minor filler might be needed. You are bidding for the top only. The Price Guide lists an undamaged example as being worth $5,000 to $7,000. Restored, I’d guess this would be worth $1,200 or so. Sold as-is, of course.
