Item: 86 Description: No Assigned U-Number. This extremely crude insulator is marked on the base that it was found at Aswan, Egypt in 1978. The NIA’s website does not list any porcelain insulators being made in Egypt, so this may be the first. It’s about the size of a U-1692 and measures 2.75 inches wide by 3.75 inches tall.
