Item: 58 Description: CD 121 Hemingray (080) “Fun Guy” Milky Aqua. Some insulators are just more fun than others. This is one. Heavy milk swirls “dancing” through the glass are a delight. But you also have to appreciate the irony of the insulator being embossed with the May 2, 1893 patent date for drip points… and then being smooth based! Hooray for non-conformers! View 1 and View 2 are taken with a LED flashlight on a black surface; while View 3 and View 4 are taken with fluorescent backlighting. Grade A-Minus for a small dome ping and for a “straw mark” that ends in a short & shallow annealing line in the dome. Estimate: $170 - $200 Open: $95 Price realized: $150 |
