Item: 295 Description: CD 102 Diamond (080 – Thin Diamond inside the larger Diamond. Backwards “71” on reverse. Dark Purple. Canadian collectors have nicknamed this dark shade, “Saskatchewan” purple. Note the rough patch on the dome in View 2. That was naturally formed as there likely was cold glass fragments (cullet) in the mold when this insulator was poured. Grade B: Heavy wire wear & nibbles on the lower wire ridge on one side, partially visible to the far right in View 2. Estimate: $50 - $75 Open: $30 Closing price: $85 |
