Item: 54 Description: CD 142 Hemingray (020) Carnival Glass “Ventura Highway”. I had to go to YouTube and play (the band) America’s hit “Ventura Highway” while writing this description. That’s because our consignor took this insulator, and 27 more of these, off a railroad near Ventura, CA in 1966. This is the last one he owns. Grade B-Plus: Tiny upper wire ridge flake visible in View 2. Part of the copper liner is missing. If you like rock & roll from that era, buy this insulator.
