Item: 381 Description: A.T.&T. “Bridle Wire” Insulator. Made by the Wheaton Glass Company in the early 1920’s, these were a dry spot insulator for telephone wiring. The glass has turned purple and has a brass cap at the top. It stands 3.5 inches tall. Grade B: Worn spot on the shoulder of the glass as shown in View 2. Estimate: $20 - $30 Open: $10 |
