Item: 380 Description: Glass Sliders for Furniture Legs. The Hard Manufacturing Company was founded in Buffalo, New York in 1876 to make hospital beds and general furniture. This set of four sliders were molded to fit into a locking cap. See View two for the slot that helped hold the pieces in place. It appears the sliders were made (or finished) using a pontil rod attached to the top that was then broken off. These four saw usage and show wear on the base. They are Grade B to Grade B-Plus for small flakes on the edges of the slot. Your one bid is for the set of four. Estimate: $100 - $120 Open: $40 |
