Item: 37 Description: CD 220 Hemingray / Lowex (070) Honey Amber. These are tough to come by in any amber color, as the Price Guide suggests by valuing them at $250 - $300. This one looks great in a back-lit display and has lots of tiny seed bubbles. This one was actually taken out of service; whereas many of these in the hobby were dug at the Hemingray factory. Grade B: There are small flakes on the three of the four points of the ears. There’s a spot of wear in the cable groove; a faint ping on one ear; and a flash-over on one side that was hot enough to affect the glass in two small areas of the base. Those were a lot of words for “not too much wrong overall”. Estimate: $220 - $250 Open: $150 Closing price: $190 |
