Item: 36 Description: CD 203 No Embossing (Colombia) Dark Straw. This is an unembossed TELECOM. Telefonica Colombia was established in 1947 and is owned by a Spanish telecommunications company in partnership with the government of Colombia. The dome is tweaked on this example. Note the spatial distances between the lower wire ridge and the rest of the insulator. View 2 shows a bruise in the skirt at the left. And there are a couple of spots of extra glass on the surfaces.
