Item: 340 Description: CD 145 Brookfield Six Pack. This lot features six (6) bluish CREBs. Top Row: Left – Shop Number 8 (EIN 210) with large bubble that’s an inch-and-a-quarter across. Grade B for a three-inch-long annealing line that runs through the bubble. Middle: Shop Number 12 (EIN 230). This SN is a bit harder to come by. Grade A: Small open bubble on base. Right: Shop Number 6. This “lazy 6” was embossed on a slant to cover a backwards 7. And beneath both those numbers is a smaller 7. Grade B: Small base chip as visible in View 1. Bottom Row: Left – Shop Number 1 with Milky Clouds in the Dome. This (EIN 100) is an 1870-dated CREB. Grade A-Minus: Light wear in the wire groove. Middle: Shop Number 13 (EIN 230) Grade A-Minus: Nibbles at the start of threads. Right: Shop Number 7 with a number of nice bubbles, one of which is nearly 1.5 inches long. See View 2. Grade B-Plus: Nibbles on the lower wire ridge on the reverse over the bubble. These would be great varieties to add to your CREB collection; or would make an excellent starter collection for someone interested in CREBs. Your one bid is for all six insulators.
