Item: 329 Description: U-1831 A.U.P. on Side of Crown. The country of origin is unknown. View 2 shows the marking. This is the very insulator pictured on the NIA website for “U-1831 Unknown”. For another insulator marked “A.U.P” see Item 344. Both have the 5/8ths British threads. This one measures 2.5 inches by 3.75 inches. Grade A-Minus: Nibbles at the start of threads.
