Item: 309 Description: Scratch & Dent: U-1573 Taylor & Tunnicliffe. White Glaze with Orange Top. Made in England, this insulator was exported to South Africa. The insulator appears very nice. But in View 2 you can see a fracture line in the skirt. There’s also a small “bruise” on the upper wire ridge that’s visible at the far right of View 1. Undamaged examples sell for $150 to $200.
