Item: 277 Description: Scratch & Dent: CD 728 No Embossing (010) Light Aqua. Looks great from the front. Note how far off center the threadless pin hole is. View 2 shows a “Y” shaped fracture. The insulator is still solid and it’s unlikely to come apart. The only missing glass are some nibbles to over poured glass around the base. Grade C-Minus . Undamaged, the Price Guide values these at $250 - $300. This insulator is from the collection of Grandma Sammis. An early day collector, Ellen Sammis assembled a nice collection of insulators prior to her passing in 1995. That collection was stored away intact until this past summer.
