Item: 263 Description: CD 145 H.G. CO. (050 Light Straw. This insulator appears nearly clear in natural light; but straw colored when backlit with fluorescent lighting in a display case as photographed. The shadow in the dome at the left in View 1 is a group of white impurities. The insulator has never been thoroughly cleaned and will be much prettier when it receives some TLC. Grade B-Plus: Small base flake; nibbles on over poured glass on the inside edge of the base; couple light annealing domes on the dome. Estimate: $75 - $100 Open: $40 Closing price: $65 |
