Item: 261 Description: Scratch & Dent: CD 162 Hemingray (220) Bright Cobalt Blue with a band of milk on one side. View 1 is the best look for this one. There are a few more broken drip points on the reverse side. All total about 15 drip points are broken or flaked. There’s a small inner skirt chip and an open bubble on the inner skirt. No other notable damage. The pock marks on the dome in View 1 were naturally formed. Decent looking signal. Grade C . Undamaged this one is valued at $350 to $400 in the Price Guide.
