Item: 246 Description: U-2057 EST (France – “Gingerbread Old Man”). I wrote “Old Man” just because the glaze is grayish white in some areas, and there is “crazing” all over the surface like crepey, aging, skin. View 2 shows the base & inner skirt. Note how the glaze dripped and ran during firing. That view also shows an inch-and-a-half shallow skirt fracture at the 11 o’clock position. Grade B .
