Item: 204 Description: CD 145 No Embossing – Canada (030) “Feathered” Light Lime Green. View 2 shows a graphite plume that looks like a feather. Or, maybe, a fern leaf. This is the (EIN) with the shallow recessed band around half the skirt. More than that, this one shows a dot in the center of that band which may indicate an embossing blot out.
