Item: 198 Description: CD 161 California (020) Blue. This is about as blue as it gets for a California insulator. Has small amounts of “milk” in the skirt. Will be much prettier when someone cleans it up. Grade B-Plus: Light wire wear in groove enough to leave a mark in the glass as shown in View 2. Teeny ping on dome visible in View 1.
