Item: 152 Description: U-802 Locke Hi-Top in Dark Cobalt Blue Glaze. In addition to the great color, another attractive feature is the fancy ink-stamped “2” on top of one ear as shown in View 3. Grade A-Minus for a few areas of light surface wear. One collector has informed us that this insulator, and the insulator in Item 151, were part of a special order and limited production from Locke for the Badger Army Ammunition Plant near Sauk City, WI.
