Item: 141 Description: CD 319 Locke (030 – Blotted Out Embossing on Reverse) Blue. This is a large insulator measuring 9 inches across by just over six inches tall. It weighs almost 7.5 pounds. Grade C: Small chips and flakes on one half of the crown; nibbles are various locations on the sharp inside edge of the umbrella; a few surface pings; couple small flakes on the base.
