Item: 132 Description: CD 151 H.G. CO. (140 - Variant) Blue. Blue. Blue. Did I mention that this insulator is Blue in color? It's a different shade of blue than Hemingray Blue; but boy is it Blue. Note the light amber swirl in View 2. The embossing variant is that there is no period after "H" or "G". There is a misplaced period about half-way between the "G" and "CO". It's as if the engraver asked himself, "Aren't I supposed to put a period somewhere? Maybe right about here will do?" The clarity of the glass on this piece is exceptional. And the drip points are all perfect. Well, one on the inner skirt has an open bubble at its tip. Grade B-Plus for a small wire ridge flake visible at the far right in View 1.
